## What must a Toronto rental building keep the heat at?

At least 21°C in every unit from October 1 to May 15. ## What does a building heating plant look like?

Two boilers feed a common header, a circulator moves the water through the building loop and back, and an expansion tank holds the pressure. A photo of each boiler's display and label, and a note of which floors are cold, tells us where to start.
