What should my first message include?
- What is happening, and since when.
- The address of the job, and the city.
- A photo of the problem, and of the label on the equipment if there is one.
- How soon you need it, and the best number to reach you.
Each service page lists the exact questions the request form asks, for example for water heaters and furnaces.
Smell gas?
Do not call or text us first. Enbridge Gas says to leave the building right away and call 1-866-763-5427 or 911 from outside (Enbridge Gas). The emergency page has the first step for every emergency.
Where do you work?
Toronto (including North York), Mississauga, Markham and Ajax. Jackman Mechanical is based in Toronto and works at your home or building; there is no showroom to visit.
